Salt Stones

Salt Stones give you the best of both worlds!

Your muscles get to relax and unwind with the heat from a stone massage and your skin gets to be exfoliated as if you received a salt scrub. That's why our salt stone massage is one of our best services.

Unlike a salt scrub or traditional massage there's no mess to clean up and no lotion to apply. We use warm towels to prep the body then heated Salt Stones are used as an extension of the therapists' arm to create a therapeutic yet relaxing experience.

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply.

Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Cold Stones

A cold stone massage is a facial massage with chilled stones. We use white and jade green facial stones for our Cold Stone Massage to alleviate sinus pressure and headaches.

This is mostly an add on service which can be incorporated into any appointment; however, as a standalone service it's a half-hour treatment. The Cold Stones may also be a great addition if you're experiencing jaw pain due to TMJ, as the stones can aid in minimizing inflammation.

The Benefits

Hot & Cold Therapies have long been used to ease muscle tension and pain. While most of the time cold is used for inflammation, hot is used for muscle aches so when you combine the stones and their energy you get a powerful remedy for therapeutic relaxation.
